The first phase of this project consisted of a first-floor tenant improvement in an unfinished space, relocating the Assessor’s office to accommodate current and future staffing requirements. The second phase consisted of a remodel of the existing Assessor space to allow for the expansion of the District Attorney’s office area. Both projects were job-order-contract (JOC) delivered and entailed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, framing and interior finishes.
