Starting Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023,
The Community Development Resource Agency’s public counter in the Tahoe Office will be limiting the number of people in the lobby as a result of a COVID outbreak. The Tahoe office will be open for Drop-Ins, In Person and Virtual Appointment, but services will be reduced. As a result, appointments are recommended. The use of masks will be required.
Virtual appointments will be scheduled through the County’s eServices online appointments feature. Following an appointment request, customers will be contacted by staff with a meeting invitation and provide the virtual appointment. It is important to include your e-mail address when making an appointment through our eServices online feature.
If you are having problems with the online appointment feature, please call (530) 745-3001 for the Auburn office and at (530) 581-6200
for the Tahoe Office and we can assist you.
For virtual appointments, please download the Microsoft Teams application on your laptop or PC. This download is also available for your cell phone using either Google Play Store or Apple App Store. If you need guidance on getting started with Microsoft Teams, refer to the Microsoft Teams video training videos, specifically those on how to Get started with Teams.
