Public Computers & WiFi

Currently, due to COVID-19 our computers are not available. Stay tuned to our social media pages and our website for updates!


  • Public computer workstations are available at all locations.
  • All computers have Internet access and Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).
  • A library card is required to use a library computer.
  • There is no charge for use. Printouts are $0.15 per page.
  • Procedures for reservations and length of usage vary. Please contact your location for more information.
  • All users are required to read and sign the Computer Acceptable Use Policy (PDF).
  • Early Literacy Stations (ages 2 to 8) with educational games ares available at Auburn, Foresthill, and Granite Bay libraries.
  • After School Edge Station (ages 6 to 12) is available at Auburn and Rocklin libraries.

Wireless Internet

Wi-Fi is available at all locations at no charge.

  • Space for laptops and other e-devices is also available.
  • The Computer Acceptable Use Policy (PDF) applies to Wi-Fi users as well as users of the Library's computers.
  • Library electrical outlets may be utilized for your reading device provided cords do not present a tripping hazard.
