Community Development Online Document Search

The Online Electronic Document Search allows viewing and downloading of Placer County documents for building permits and planning entitlements and permits.

To begin your documents search, select your criteria and select search. If you are having trouble finding a specific permit number, a wild card (*) can be entered in a search field.

Please Note: Not all historic records can be found using this online system. Placer County is in the process of scanning historic documents. If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact the corresponding Department directly.
