Published on June 06, 2018

With more than 35,000 mail-in and early voting ballots counted of the approximately 56,000 received so far, Ryan Ronco is in the lead for Placer County Clerk-Recorder-Registrar of Voters, Bonnie Gore holds a lead over incumbent Jack Duran in the race for District 1 Supervisor and support is strong for Measure E’s proposed Sierra College bond measure to fund facilities improvements.

Mail-in and early voting ballots received account for about 25 percent of the total 224,335 registered voters in Placer County.

Full results are posted on Placer County’s election website.

As ballots from polling sites arrive and are counted at the Placer County Elections Office in Auburn, results will be updated starting at about 10 p.m. every 45 minutes until all available ballots have arrived and been counted. Final, certified results - including provisional ballots needing verification and eligible mail-in ballots not yet received - will be posted within 30 days.
