Smoke Free Campus

On September 27, 2018, the Placer County Government Center in North Auburn became a smoke-free campus. This means no smoking, no vaping, and no cannabis within the Placer County Government Center boundaries (including sidewalks, parking lots, and personal vehicles). Smoking is only allowed in a designated smoking area.

The full text of the ordinance, including the definition of “smoking” and the defined boundaries of the campus is available on the Placer County website. You can also view the following documents for more information.
