Located along Auburn Ravine, this 320-acre property is protected by an agricultural conservation easement and contains the largest single valley foothill riparian habitat on any single parcel in western Placer County. In addition, the easement protects one mile of Auburn Ravine, valley grasslands, vernal pools and existing ranching operations. Future replacement of the existing easement in favor of a state or federal habitat conservation easement will result in the return of the County’s original purchase costs plus interest. No public access is permitted on this property.
