Science Saturday (for school age kids): Investigate the world through hands-on science and math experiments! 2nd Saturday of every month, 10:30 a.m.- Noon. Community Room. 

LEGO® Club (all ages): Build to the theme or create your very own Kronkiwongi. Bricks are provided. Drop-in on the 3rd Saturday of the month: 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Auburn Junior Book Club: Get together with other 8, 9, and 10 year olds to talk about books. 2nd Wednesday of each month, 4:00-5:00 p.m., Beecher Room.

Paws to Read: Children are invited to polish their reading skills by reading for ten minutes each to a furry reading coach.Therapy Dogs provided by "Lend A Heart/ Lend A Hand Animal Assisted Therapy": 3rd Thursday of each month. 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Super Readers (for ages 3-6): Tuesdays, 4:00-5:00 p.m. Bring your Super Reader to the Library for this Teen-led program that uses stories and games to practice and improve upon literacy skills. No reservations necessary.

Introduction to Pastels (Teens and Adults): May 25, 2019, 12:00-2:00 p.m. Tahoe-based artist Jennifer Antonucci will lead a class on the use of pastels in art.  Participants will learn basic approaches to line, perspective, and the medium of pastel.  Space is limited to 10 participants, call or visit the Tahoe City Library to reserve your spot today! Preschool Storytime (for ages 5 & under; caregivers welcome): Thursdays, 10:30-11:00 a.m. 

String Together (Adults): 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, 1:00-2:30 p.m. Knitters, crocheters, weavers, needle artists, etc. are invited to gather at the Tahoe City Library. Bring your own materials, meet other crafters, and work on a portable project while sharing ideas and skills with others!

Learn with the Librarian: Computer Basics - (Adults) Half-hour slots by appointment for one-on-one basic computer assistance.  Visit the Tahoe City Library or call 530-583-3382 to sign up!
