- Greater Auburn Area Fire Safe Council hosts panel

Continuing their commitment to fire safety, Greater Auburn Area Fire Safe Council and Placer County are teaming up to host a panel discussing “how to become a Firewise Community” in Newcastle. The panel will focus on how residents can join forces with their neighbors to become a Firewise Community.
The screening will be followed by a question-and-answer session panel of first responders for a discussion regarding wildfire prevention efforts and emergency preparedness in Placer County.
