Cardrooms Per the July 13 Statewide Public Health Officer Order, you are not permitted to open at this time unless you can modify operations to operate outside or by pick-up.
Bars, breweries, brewpubs and pubs Per the July 13 Statewide Public Health Officer Order, bars, brewpubs, breweries, and pubs must close all operations both indoor and outdoor statewide unless they are offering sit-down, outdoor, dine-in meals. Alcohol can be sold only in the same transaction as a meal. When operating outdoors, they must follow the dine-in restaurant guidance and should continue to encourage takeout and delivery service whenever possible.
Wineries and tasting rooms Per the July 13 Statewide Public Health Officer Order, you are not permitted to open at this time unless you can modify operations to operate outside or by pick-up.
Casinos In working with California’s sovereign tribal nations, California has released guidance on how to reopen casinos with reduced risk of transmission. Tribal governments should coordinate with local public health officials in the surrounding or neighboring jurisdictions to determine the readiness for reopening.
Saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs No, under current state guidance you are not permitted to reopen.
Higher education (in person) No, under current state guidance you are not permitted to open indoor operations.
Indoor playgrounds such as bounce centers, ball pits and laser tag No, under current state guidance you are not permitted to reopen.
