The West Placer Groundwater Sustainability Agency, comprised of Placer County, the cities of Roseville and Lincoln, Placer County Water Agency, Nevada Irrigation District and with participation from California American Water Company, manages groundwater in a portion of the North American Subbasin. As required by state law, the WPGSA is developing the Groundwater Sustainability Plan – a guiding document that will help agencies maintain sustainable groundwater supplies for agriculture, communities and the environment. Public meetings ensure the GSP is a reflection of both community input and sound technical studies.
Certain draft chapters will be available at https://nasbgroundwater.org/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery.
