NOTICE: All Californians 12 and older are now eligible to receive a vaccine. Please bring identification with you to your appointment. 
Pfizer's vaccine has been authorized for ages 12 and up. Moderna and J&J vaccines are currently authorized for ages 18 and up. Please check with your provider regarding the brand if the recipient is under the age of 18.
