Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP)
Makes clean trucks and buses more affordable for fleets through point-of-purchase price reductions.

VW Mitigation Zero-Emission Transit and Shuttle Buses
Provides funds to replace older, high-polluting transit, school, and shuttle buses with new battery-electric or fuel-cell buses (school bus fund is depleted, but money for transit and shuttle buses is still available).
