- California State Parks Pass
In partnership with the First Partner's Office and the California State Library, State Parks is providing free vehicle day-use entry to over 200 parks to Placer County Library card holders.
The pass entitles the user to a free vehicle day-use for one passenger vehicle with 9 or less people or one highway-licensed motorcycle. The pass must be hung in the rear-view mirror or displayed on the vehicle dashboard. Alternatively, it may be scanned at a barcode scanner, where available.
Each Placer County Library location has Lucky Day passes and passes that are available to request. Passes check out for one week with a possible one-week renewal (if no one else is waiting).
