- Summer Fest at Your Library 2023
Placer County Library’s Summer Program kicks off on June 6th! This year’s theme is Find Your Voice, celebrating art, music, and self-expression. The Summer Fest at Your Library program is designed to engage all groups in exploring new ideas, books, and activities! It is free family fun to keep you reading all summer long!
Track your reading, participate in challenges, and win badges and prizes through the Beanstack app or website. Or sign up at your nearest library. Learn more about Beanstack in the below "How It Works" section.
Come into your nearest Placer County Library location each week to participate in our Summer Fest Activity Booth featuring fun and simple activities to do together as a family!
Plus, don't miss out on special programs and performances featuring puppets, science, art, and of course, animals! Check out our Summer Fest Events Lineup for details. Registration is required (and free!) for all events through Eventbrite.
Need a book recommendation? Check out our great list of titles for kids, teens and adults to help you Find Your Voice this summer.
At anytime, you can create a Beanstack account if you do not already have one to participate in Placer County Library's summer program. Parents can also create accounts for their children. There are four age groups with activities tailored to each group:
In Beanstack, you can view our available activities, enter books you've read, write book reviews, check out recommended book titles by age, and more. You will receive badges and prizes along the way!
Register at the Placer County Library Beanstack Page.
If you wish to be contacted about prizes and drawings, please include an email address or telephone number as part of your Beanstack profile.
