The Business Relationship Management Office supports County departments with their technology projects and efforts to improve their business outcomes.
Its team is led by Hillory Courtney, Information Technology Manager, and is responsible for:
- Business Relationship Management: Building relationships with County departments to understand their business needs and collaborate with technology experts on their behalf.
- Business Analysis Services: Helping departments identify technology that adds value to customers’ experiences or internal operations.
- Project Management Services: Assisting departments scope new projects, plan for resource demand, develop cost estimates, and schedule, monitor and prioritize project work. Services also include planning, managing and executing the County’s Information Technology project portfolio.
- Strategic Planning Partnerships: Partnering with departments to enhance enterprise applications through strategic planning, deployment, communication outreach, and training support.
