Holidays & Closures
As Placer County Library is a county department, we follow the county's schedule of planned closures for observed holidays. View the county's scheduled closures here.
Mobile Service
The library's mobile service visits locations all over Placer County on a weekly basis. Some of these sites are open to the public, while others are specific to the site such as schools or residencies for older adults.

Meeting Rooms
Four of Placer County Library's locations offer meetings rooms which the public can reserve.
Two of our locations (Auburn and Granite Bay) also offer study rooms that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. These rooms are not reservable at this time.
