Title VI Implementation Plan

Placer County Department of Public Works (DPW) under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ensures, no person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity sponsored or implemented by Placer County DPW, including those receiving federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation.

The Placer County Title VI Implementation Plan (PDF) was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on September 26, 2023.
