Placer County Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to amend Rule 102, Definitions. The amendment updates the list of exempt volatile organic compounds to be consistent with that of the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency.
The District Board of Directors has CANCELLED its public hearing regarding the Rule 102 amendment, scheduled on Thursday, April 9, 2020, due to cancellation of its regular meeting on this date.
The District Board of Directors has RESCHEDULED this public hearing; the Rule 102 amendment public hearing will be held at its next scheduled regular meeting on June 11, 2020, starting at 2:30 PM, at the Placer County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 175 Fulweiler Ave., Auburn, CA.
Interested parties may comment on the proposed amendment.
