    The Placer Business Resource Center. Free to low-cost workshops and counseling for startups and existing small businesses. Develop business plans, discover financing options, accounting courses, marketing strategies, state and federal tax and labor regulations, and employment resources.
  • Sites & Buildings
    Available industrial and commercial sites and buildings for sale and lease.
  • Obtain a Business License
    Get a new or renew a business license to do business in unincorporated Placer County from our Treasurer-Tax Collector office.
  • Economic Intelligence
    Placer County demographics including current population estimates, future population projections, Sales & Use Tax, Transient Occupancy Taxes, economic analyses, and reports.
  • The Business Advantage Network
    Workforce development providing no-cost hiring assistance to employers in the County, wage reimbursement, job seeker resources, and job fairs

    Impact fee deferrals, impact fee and public infrastructure financing (Statewide Community Infrastructure Program), North Lake Tahoe Tourist Accommodation Units
