 1.   REDEVELOPMENT/RIBBON CUTTING & DEDICATION CEREMONY – Ribbon cutting ceremony and dedication of the Kings Beach Gateway Monument Sign, located at 8797 North Lake Boulevard, Kings Beach at the intersection of North Lake Boulevard and Chipmunk Street.

STATEMENT OF MEETING PROCEDURES - Read by Clerk.

PUBLIC COMMENT – Kelly Hernandez, Communications Supervisor for the Placer County Sheriff’s Tahoe Dispatch Center; Kim Bromley, Public Safety Dispatcher-Tahoe; Ann Bryant, Executive Director of the Bear League; Pete Banson, Chief of Squaw Valley Fire Department; and Gloria Berk, Tahoe resident; requested the Board reconsider consolidation of the Tahoe and Auburn dispatch centers.  Theresa May Duggan advised the Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation raised $115,000 to help people in the community.  George Caster, Kings Beach resident, spoke on the Housing Element and suggested an increase to Transient Occupancy Tax, gas tax, sales tax, in lieu fees, to build affordable housing.
