 1.   COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE AGENCY/PLANNING/CHEVREAUX AGGREGATES, INC./APPEAL OF PLANNING DIRECTOR’S DETERMINATION REGARDING LDA-786 (CHEVREAUX AGGREGATES ASPHALT PLANT) - Public hearing to consider an appeal from Richard J. Goodwin of the denial by the Planning Commission of an appeal of the Planning Director’s Determination dated May 18, 2007, regarding Placer County Zoning Ordinance 17.58.160(B)(2) and LDA-786 (Chevreaux Aggregates Asphalt Plant). The Board of Supervisors may affirm, affirm in part, or reverse the decision, or provide further direction to the Planning Director.

MOTION Rockholm/Uhler/Unanimous, to close the public hearing, deny the appeal and uphold the Planning Director’s interpretation of the ordinance, finding that his interpretation is a fair and reasonable reading of Section 17.58.160.

ADJOURNMENT – Next regular meeting is Tuesday, November 27, 2007.
