COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE AGENCY/PLANNING – Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PSPA T20060679) / Land Use And Development Standards / Amendments to the Placer County General Plan/Amendments to the Dry Creek West Placer Community Plan/Rezoning/Development Agreements/Supplement to the Final Environmental Impact Report/Final Environmental Impact Report (PEIR T20040651/SCH #1999062020) (PDF) (58 pages) – Public hearing to consider a request submitted by the Placer Vineyards Property Owners Group for approval of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan, Specific Plan Land Use and Development Standards, amendments to the Placer County General Plan and the Dry Creek West Placer Community Plan, Rezoning (as shown in Rezoning Exhibit), and individual Development Agreements. Properties within the Special Planning Area (SPA) within the Specific Plan are not proposed to be rezoned.  The Board of Supervisors will also consider certification of a Final EIR, including the Supplement to the Final EIR.
