PUBLIC COMMENT: 1). Carol Arnold invited
all to celebrate mandarin season. PlacerGROWN is painting Placer County orange,
by distributing mandarins throughout Placer County. 2). Ellie Waller commented on the Highway 267
– 28 Roundabout project. 3). Jim Backus spoke
about the condition of roads in Alpine Peaks.

will not be disseminated to the Board prior to the Board’s action. NOTE: An alternate location may be offered as
a courtesy for a Board meeting but may be closed due to inclement weather or
may not be available if technology fails.
If the site is closed due to inclement weather, a notice will be posted
by 9:00 a.m. the day of the Board meeting.
