1. Approve a change in location for the Tuesday, January 24, 2017 Board of Supervisors Meeting from Tahoe to Auburn.

1. Authorize the County Executive Officer to sign a professional services agreement with Hanson Bridgett to provide legal consulting services for Placer County’s deferred compensation plans in the amount of $50,000, for the period of FY 2016-2017.
