PUBLIC COMMENT – Supervisor Duran advised of a letter received March 8, 2012 from the Dry Creek Fire Advisory Committee requesting the Board take a look at delays in the Dry Creek Fire House project.  Supervisor Duran said the project came in a month late and encouraged County Counsel to take a hard look at liquidated damage clauses in contracts to make sure we are protected.

(A)  §54957 - PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT/PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT – The Board reviewed and looked at applications and will continue this process next week and apparently reserving Friday, April 13, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to noon.

       Title:  Review applications for the position of County Executive Officer
