1. Approved a contract extension and budget amendment in the amount of $73,674 to the expired contract between Placer County and the Squaw Valley Ski Museum Foundation for work to complete an Environmental Questionnaire for the potential development of the Sierra Nevada Olympic and Winter Sports Museum on Placer County’s Squaw Valley Park site.

1. Received a presentation by Liberty Utilities about the Wildfire Mitigation Program covering the topics of real-time weather monitoring and intelligence, vegetation management, system hardening and the public safety power shutoff program.

A. Truckee Fire Protection District Request For Voluntary Property Tax Exchange Agreement
1. Received a report on a request by Truckee Fire Protection District to enter into a voluntary exchange agreement for property tax revenues and provided direction to staff to return to the Board with an updated fiscal analysis.

NOTE: An alternate location may be offered as a courtesy for a Board meeting but may be closed due to inclement weather or may not be available if technology fails.
