A. Declaration of Local Health Emergency
1. Adopted Resolution 2020-034 ratifying the Declaration of Local Health Emergency made by the County Health Officer dated March 03, 2020 related to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
2. Adopted Resolution 2020-035 ratifying Proclamation of Local Emergency by the Director of Emergency Services dated March 03, 2020, related to COVID-19.

A. Auburn Trapshooting Club Shot Screen | Appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s Revocation of a Variance
1. Conducted a Public Hearing to consider an appeal filed by Auburn Trapshooting Club.
2. Denied the appeal filed by Auburn Trapshooting Club.

3. Found the Auburn Trapshooting Club variance revocation categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to the provisions of CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301, 15303, 15061(b)(4) and 15321.

4. Upheld the Zoning Administrator’s decision to revoke approval of the height variance.

The Board also directed Community Development Resource Agency Staff by motion to investigate revocation of the Building Permit issues to install the wall during the 90 day period during which the excess height of the wall must be removed.

Any documentation submitted at any noticed videoconferencing site will become part of the official record, but will not be disseminated to the Board prior to the Board’s action. NOTE: An alternate location may be offered as a courtesy for a Board meeting but may be closed due to inclement weather or may not be available if technology fails.
