1. Conduct a workshop to discuss Fiscal Year 2021-22 budget development and related financial data.

A. Capital Facilities Planning Workshop
1. Receive a staff presentation of current capital facilities planning and provide input on the use of building space being vacated at the Finance Administration Building and Community Development Resource Center as a result of the upcoming Clerk-Recorder-Elections consolidation at the Atherton Road facility in Rocklin and the new Health and Human Services Center project at the Placer County Government Center.

Any document submitted for consideration shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603 no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled meeting. Any documentation submitted at any noticed videoconferencing site will become part of the official record, but will not be disseminated to the Board prior to the Board’s action. NOTE: An alternate location may be offered as a courtesy for a Board meeting but may be closed due to inclement weather or may not be available if technology fails.
