1.    PUBLIC WORKS

A.    Regional Sewer Workshop and Oversight Committee Appointments

1.    Conduct a workshop to review the historical background of the regional sewer efforts by Placer County.

2.    Appoint two members of the Board of Supervisors to represent Placer County to the Oversight Committee as specified in Section 5.4.1 of the Construction, Operations and Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement.

2.    COUNTY COUNSEL/ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to the cited authority (all references are to the Government Code), the Board of Supervisors will hold a closed session to discuss the following listed items.  A report of any action taken will be presented prior to adjournment.
