The park was closed due to extreme fire weather on the day I had my reservation. How do I get my refund?: You should receive a credit automatically within two business days. If you do not see a credit to your account within that time, contact us for assistance on receiving your credit.

1. Can I call in to make a reservation?: You must make a reservation online. Please Click Here

2. Do I need a reservation if I’m being dropped off at the park?: If you arrive on foot, by bicycle, or horse, there is no need to worry about making a reservation. You will only need to make a reservation if you are bringing your vehicle. The purpose of our reservation system is to avoid having to turn away vehicles during popular visitation times when the parking area is full.

3. I only want to go for a few hours in the morning. Can I just buy the half-day pass?: If you buy a half-day pass, you may only visit the park during the hours provided on the pass.

For example, if you are planning on attending the park from 9:00am-11:00am, you will need a full-day pass as the half-day only covers from sunrise to 9:30am.

4. Can I camp or stay overnight at the park?: There is no camping at Hidden Falls. The gates are locked after sunset.

5. Can I reserve the park for a wedding?: We do not allow weddings or other special events.

6. An emergency has come up and I need to cancel my reservation. How far in advance do I need to call in order to receive a refund?: You must call at least 48 hours or more in advance. You can reach us at (530) 886-4901.

7. The trails were closed to cyclists and equestrian the last time I bought a pass. Can I get a refund?: We do not provide refunds for poor weather conditions. If there are trail closures, we list them on our website and social media. It is your responsibility to check for closures beforehand and cancel at least 48 hours ahead of your reservation.
