Placer County IHSS Payroll will be conducting small group training sessions for current IHSS Providers. EVV is an additional check-in, check-out step that will be implemented after January 2020. The changes that occur with EVV, will be a lot less confusing and easier to understand for those who sign-up for ESP now, before the EVV changes are added.

Providers will now be able to download duplicate copies of their pay stubs directly through IHSS ESP on the Recent Payments and Payment Search screens. A 'Download Pay Stub' button will display in the payment details once the warrant number has been received from the State Controller's Office.
Clicking the download button will instantly download a copy of the pay stub for the user to print and save. The ESP will not send a duplicate pay stub through email. This does not change how providers receive their original pay stubs. Providers will continue to be mailed paper copies of their pay stubs after a timesheet, travel claim, or sick leave claim has been successfully processed.
