4. What is the turnaround time for printing?: Offset printing jobs require up to 10 business days and digital copy work can be same day service depending on quantities and complexity.

5. Do you accept electronic files?: Yes. PDF format is preferred.

6. Are there design services available for my project?: Yes. We offer the current versions of InDesign, Illustrator, PageMaker, digital photography, and a wide array of clip art to complete any design requests.

7. Can you design logos?: Yes. We can design custom logos or modify existing logos.
