I click on my paycheck and nothing happens. What's going on?

Your browser needs to be configured to allow pop ups from the ACORN site. The procedure to do this varies between browser versions. For Internet Explorer, do the following:

  • Navigate to Tools | Pop-up Blocker Settings
  • Add the *.placer.ca.gov to the list of allowed sites
  • Reload the page and access your check
