How much does a marriage license cost?

Marriage license fees are:

$57 for a Public Marriage License
$60 for a Confidential Marriage License

1. How far ahead of time do we need to get our Marriage License?: The license is valid the same day it is issued and usable for up to 90 days.

2. Do we need a blood test to get a marriage license?: No. As of January 1, 1995, blood tests are no longer necessary.

3. How much does a marriage license cost?

Marriage license fees are:

5. Do we get a copy of the marriage license?: No. You may purchase a certified copy at the Recorder's Office for a fee of $15 for a public and $20 for a confidential.
