Dollar Creek Shared-Use Trail
This planned project will construct a paved 10-foot wide and 2.2-mile long shared-use trail through lands commonly known as the Dollar and Firestone properties. The project will enhance recreational and transportation opportunities by extending the existing paved trail network in the Tahoe City area.
Northstar/Martis Valley Community Multi-Purpose Trail
The Northstar/Martis Valley Community Multi-Purpose Trail will be a great addition to the outstanding regional trail network in North Lake Tahoe. At approximately nine miles long, this ten foot wide paved recreational trail will connect the Northstar Village with the Lake Tahoe Basin and the Town of Truckee.
SR89/Fanny Bridge Revitalization
This project is intended to address seasonal traffic congestion and safety concerns at the Tahoe City gateway to the North and West Shores.
Truckee River Corridor Access Plan
The proposed Truckee River Access Plan will provide a continuous and coordinated system of preserved lands and habitat, with a connecting corridor of walking, in-line skating, equestrian, bicycle trails, and angling and boating access from Lake Tahoe to the Martis Valley.
