The Unincorporated Area’s receipts from July through September were 6.8% above the third quarter sales period in 2016.
The Placer County Board of Supervisors today approved an agreement that could result in the development of the first new hotel in Kings Beach in decades. In a 4-0 vote, the board approved a $3 million purchase and sale agreement with developer Kings Beach Center LLC
Now available through the economic development website, LoopLink lets users search for available commercial land, office space, industrial and retail property for sale or for lease in Placer County.
On March 15, 2018, Placer County Economic Development in conjunction with the National Main Street Center hosted a free webinar to learn about the Main Street America™ Program and how it has been used nationwide in communities of all sizes to greatly improve economic development in downtowns and neighborhood commerical districts.
