Legal Self-Help Clinic: Every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - Noon & 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Legal Services of Northern California & Placer County Superior Court sponsor the Legal Self-Help Clinic which offers procedural assistance with legal forms in Civil, Landlord/Tenant, Small Claims and Family Law. No appointment necessary. Open to all members of the public.
Legal Information Reference Center A self-help law resource that contains more than 225 full-text publications and thousands of legal forms. Password = county in which you reside.
The Law Library has 4 computers for public use and WiFi throughout the building. The public computers have access to WestLaw, Lexis, CEB OnLaw, and HeinOnline. WestLaw and CEB OnLaw are available via WiFi in the library.
The library has both MS Word and WordPerfect for word processing. Documents are best saved on a USB flash drive.

Fully searchable PDF image-based database. Law Journal Library, U.S. Supreme Court Library, U.S. Federal Legislative History Library, Treaties and Agreements Library and more.
California Enhanced Subscription includes: Shepard's, California cases, California Codes, California agency decisions, California Code of Regulations, 9th Circuit and District Court cases, U.S. Supreme Court cases, U.S. Code. Can retrieve (but not search for) out-of-state cases by citation. California Forms of Pleading and Practice, California Legal Forms Transaction Guide, California Contract Litigation, California Intellectual Property Handbook, Ballentine and Sterling California Corporation Laws, Practice Under the California Corporate Security Laws, BAJI, CALJIC. Ability to email documents directly from program.
Included here: Barclay's California Code of Regulations, California cases (2d., 3rd., 4th) and slip opinions, Code of Federal Regulations, Supreme Court Reporter, Witkin combined, West's Annotated California Codes, West's California Digest, United States Code Annotated and 18 Rutter practice guides.
